What are the common faults and troubleshooting methods of box-type ultrafiltration systems?
1. Clogging of the filter membrane: If the surface area of the filter membrane is too large or the pore size of the filter membrane is too small, it will easily become clogged. The treatment method is to clean the filter membrane or replace it with a new one.
2. Leakage: The pipes or seals in the ultrafiltration device are leaking. The treatment method is to check the leak point and repair or replace the leaking parts.
3. Excessive water inlet pressure: The ultrafiltration device operates outside the design pressure range, causing device abnormalities. The solution is to check the pressure control device of the water inlet system and adjust the pressure to an appropriate range.
4. Changes in water quality: The concentration of suspended solids and colloidal particles in the incoming water of the ultrafiltration device is too high, causing the filter membrane to be clogged or damaged. The treatment method is to pretreat the incoming water, such as adding precipitant, filtering, adjusting pH value, etc.
5.
